The heart is a muscle and exercising definitely
strengths it. Given are few tips everyone should follow for a strong heart:

is important in keeping the heart active. Remember to not overdo it at all.
• ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ: Weight training improves muscles strength.
Though existing heart patients must choose light weights and not try to do much

work on each body part. There are special practices which could be done
especially for a healthy heart. One must consider doing it under a skilled yoga
practitioner.
• ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ : Stretching improves muscle flexibility. It
makes the body capable of handling sudden jerks, twists or blows.
