𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬: Breathing exercises improve the oxygen level in blood and improves blood flow and help heart functioning

𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐨: Running, brisk walking, swimming or jogging is important in keeping the heart active. Remember to not overdo it at all.

𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Weight training improves muscles strength. Though existing heart patients must choose light weights and not try to do much

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚: Yoga is an ancient practice that is known to work on each body part. There are special practices which could be done especially for a healthy heart. One must consider doing it under a skilled yoga practitioner.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠: Stretching improves muscle flexibility. It makes the body capable of handling sudden jerks, twists or blows.
