The heart is a muscle and exercising definitely strengths it. Given are few tips everyone should follow for a strong heart: • 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰 : Start any physical activity slowly. Do not try to achieve the goal fast. An overdone physical activity could cause more harm than good. For an existing heart patient, exercising must be done under guidance only. • 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 : Breathing exercises improve the oxygen level in blood and improves blood flow and help heart functioning • 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐨 : Running, brisk walking, swimming or jogging is important in keeping the heart active. Remember to not overdo it at all. • 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 : Weight training improves muscles strength.
